Return Process

  Place your unworn garments in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
